Administration For International Relations

The Administration for International Relations provides the participation of KSMU in the international cooperation in the sphere of higher and post-diploma professional education and deals with the following issues:

 

- participation in the international programs of improvement of higher and post-diploma professional education;

- making international agreements and concluding treaties for educational services;

- participation in the ex programs for students, post-graduates, doctorates, teachers and scientific workers;

- providing interaction with the embassies of foreign countries in Russia, foreign organizations-partners;

- marketing of educational services abroad;

- providing the enrolment of foreign citizens for studies in KSMU;

- cooperation with the police to provide security of foreign students;

- making invitations to KSMU for foreign students;

- escort of foreign students to the place of study;

- providing foreign students with the accommodation in the hostels;

- organization of entrance examinations to KSMU;

- informing foreign students about the legal state of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, rules of residence in Russia, sanitary norms for foreign students, traveling regulations on the territory of the Russian Federation and control of the above norms;

- informing the foreign students about the regulations of living in the hostels about the University Charter;

- organizing different extracurricular activities, including during holiday periods;

- helping foreign students in solving problems concerning living conditions;

- registration of foreign students in the regional visa department;

- issuing visas for going outside the Russian Federation;

- analysing and summarizing the information concerning foreign students;

- control of payment for education and hostel accommodation.
